Cooking Instructions
Oven
- Preheat oven to 220°C; 100% dry heat (for Combi Oven apply 100% dry heat).
- Place portions on oven trays and heat for 7 - 8 min or until meat is heated through and golden brown.
Fryer
- Preheat oil to medium heat (+/-150ºC).
- Oil should be deep enough to cover the portions completely.
- Fry both Strips and Pops for 5 - 6 min, or until meat is heated through and golden brown.
- Drain excess oil with paper towel.
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C
- Place portions in air fryer basket and space evenly.
- Cook at 200 °C for 8 mins, turning halfway through cooking time
- Remove from the basket and serve immediately
